Providers must renew annually to maintain their BOC Approved Provider
status and continue to provide Category A or EBP programs to Athletic
Trainers. Renewal consists of an annual renewal fee and an annual report.
BOC Approved Provider status will expire for providers who do not
complete both components of the renewal.
1. Pay the $250 annual renewal fee between October and December 31,
2016. NATA Districts and State Athletic Trainer Associations receive a
discount at $225.
2. Complete the annual report between January and March 31, 2017. The
annual report will include information about programs offered in 2016.
You can complete the renewal process in your BOC Central™ profile. Also
at this time, be sure your Program Directory listings are correct. To view your
entries, click here, go to the “Providers” tab and search by your provider
If your organization goes into an Expired status on January 1, 2017, you may
not offer BOC CEUs until your renewal is complete. Further, while your
organization is in an Expired status, you may not advertise BOC Approved
Provider status or use your provider number.

Provider Status for 2016
