ON PROGRAM EvALUATIONS
Asking for and receiving feedback from participants helps you gauge how successfully your program met their educational
needs. This information, collected through program evaluations, lets you know what is working well in your program and what
can be improved in the future.
Conducting program evaluations is required of all BOC Approved Providers in accordance with Standard 6. Program
evaluations must address specific components of each program offered. These components are detailed below. Keep in mind
that program evaluations are different from participant assessments, which are detailed in Standard 5. A sample program
evaluation can be found on Page 7.
