Stats: 85% of reports were non-compliant and needed revision
73% were returned 1-2 times for revisions
10% were returned 3-4 times for revisions
Trends: Program directory entry omission, non-compliant program
development and incomplete data were among common errors.
BOC is exploring
streamlining Program
Directory processes,
providing educational
webinars and allowing
electronic access to
completed applications.
With renewal for 2018
around the corner, Annual
Reports will be available
after the Annual Renewal
Fee is received. BOC
Approved Providers with
recurring non-compliant
Annual Reports in 2018
will yield probation
